Customer Verification for eDocs
Published December 5, 2024 Starting Thursday, December 5th, customer verification for "Send eDocs" packets will change from Knowledge Based Questions to a Phone Verification via phone call or text message. Please be sure to confirm your customer(s) phone number. If you have any questions, please reach out to your account manager. |
DLL System Upgrade Information
Published June 24, 2024 Beginning Sunday, June 30 2024, DLL Finance will conduct a required system upgrade. We anticipate the upgrades will be completed by Thursday, July 4, 2024. During the upgrade, some key processes noted below will be delayed:
All other systems functions and digital tools including Retail Hub, eDocs, and Pre-Approval Hub will be functioning as usual during the upgrade. Once the system upgrade is completed any pending items will be processed as quickly as possible. All delayed business processes will resume on July 5th at the latest.
