We will be performing system upgrades from Friday, February 20 at 9:00 PM EST through Monday, February 23 at 8:00 AM EST.

During this maintenance window, the following functions will be unavailable:

• Submitting new applications
• Editing existing applications
• Sending eDocs via DocuSign
• Generating document packages

You may still quote and save applications during this time. Saved applications can be submitted once systems are restored on Monday.

We appreciate your patience as we work to enhance our systems. If you have questions, please contact your DLL representative.

On September 16–17, our Sales team will be attending an off-site meeting. During this time, phone and email support will be limited, and there may be minor delays in processing requests.

Rest assured, we will continue to monitor communications and respond as promptly as possible. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding, and thank you for your continued partnership. 

Starting Thursday, December 5th, customer verification for "Send eDocs" packets will change from Knowledge Based Questions to a Phone Verification via phone call or text message. Please be sure to confirm your customer(s) phone number. If you have any questions, please reach out to your account manager.

Beginning Sunday, June 30 2024, DLL Finance will conduct a required system upgrade. We anticipate the upgrades will be completed by Thursday, July 4, 2024. During the upgrade, some key processes noted below will be delayed:

 

• Funding of agreements and proceeds distribution
• Administration of payoffs (internal accounts & third party)
• Dealer bonus payments
• Customer account activity updates on the My Account Access portal
• Payoff quotes
  • If possible, we recommend proactively requesting any payoffs you may need in advance of June 30th.
• Posting of payments to customer accounts

All other systems functions and digital tools including Retail Hub, eDocs, and Pre-Approval Hub will be functioning as usual during the upgrade.

Once the system upgrade is completed any pending items will be processed as quickly as possible. All delayed business processes will resume on July 5th at the latest. For more information please see our FAQ page.

We are excited to announce two new improvements to your Pre-Approval Hub experience:

1. If you elected to receive email notifications, the notifications will now include the customer ZIP CODE as entered by the customer.
2. If you are using your unique Pre-Approval Hub URL, the DEALER NAME will now be included in the customer’s notification email.
