+Logging in to @once Inventory Finance
- Go to www.oncefinancecf.com
- To access the Inventory Finance site, you must request your initial password. At the
login screen you would click on the Forgot Your Password? Click here link
- Enter the user ID that you have been provided and select Send Password
- A temporary password will be emailed to you
- After you sign-in to the @once Inventory Finance site with the temporary password,
you will be prompted to create a new password for this site and establish an answer
to a secret question (to assist you if you forget your password)

My Profile This screen allows you to view all vendor program terms
and rates. You can also see the contact names in place for your
dealership and individuals who are receiving email reports.
- On the top navigation bar, select: Account / My Profile
- Select Dealer Location by clicking the down arrow and then
clicking the Submit button
+Dealer Snapshot
In this screen you can access Credit Line Availability, the last 20
payments and credits, and outstandings by Vendor.
- On the top navigation bar, select: Account / Dealer Snapshot
- Group Summary will display details for the dealership. To view
the details by a specific vendor relationship you may select Dealer
Location by clicking the down arrow and then clicking the Submit
button
+Payment Schedule
In this screen you can search for future payments due with search
and display options.
- On the top navigation bar, select: Account / Payment Schedule
- Group Summary will display details for the dealership. To view
the details by a specific vendor relationship you may select Dealer
Location by clicking the down arrow
- Using the down arrow you may Select Future Due Days
- Select Sort Order allows you to select how you wish the view the
future payment due details
- Select Grouping allows you to view the data by Due Date,
+Making Online Payments
Payments may be scheduled up to 15 days in advance, providing dealers with
more flexibility and control.
- On the top navigation bar, select: Transactions / Make A Payment
- Click on Schedule Payment and then Select A Location to indicate which
bank account funds will be drawn from
- Select A Payment Date by clicking on the down arrow to choose from a list
of payment dates
- Next click on the Submit button, which will take you to the Remit Summary
screen
- Under Obligation Type you will see Principal PAS, Charges, or Interest. To
the right of Principal PAS you will see the total amount of all financed items in
the Amount Due column with a hyperlink underneath labeled Pay by Unit
- Selecting Principal PAS will display amounts due by Due Date with the
ability to drill down into the detail of the invoices due
- Selecting Pay by Unit allows you to pay by model or serial number. Selecting
the serial number hyperlink allows you to pay specific curtailments rather
than the entire balance of the item
- To pay an amount due by due date or a model / serial number you would
select the Yes option. You can do a single selection at a time or do multiple
selections. Selecting Accept (in the top navigation section) will populate the
amounts being paid in the Selected Amounts section
- Selecting Summary on the navigation section will return you to the Remit
Summary
- To pay all Interest due you would select the Pay Full Amount? Yes, option
and then click Accept in the navigation section. Clicking Interest will allow you
to drill down into the detail of interest billing should you wish to pay only
specific interest amounts
- To pay all Charges due you would select the Pay Full Amount? Yes, option
and then click Accept in the navigation section. Clicking Charges will allow you
to drill down into the detail of interest billing should you wish to pay only
specific charges amounts
- As you navigate through the various detail sections you should use the
Step Back feature (in the navigation section) as opposed to using your explorer's
back feature
- Once principal, interest, and charges have been scheduled for payment
click on the Final Step: Submit for Confirmation. A confirmation/remit number
will display after the submission is completed
+Reviewing Previous Payments
You may go back and review previous payments at any time.
- On the top navigation bar, select: Transactions / Make A Payment
- Click on Payments History, select the location you wish to view and then
select the All Payments options
- All previous payments will display. Based on the status of the payment, you
may be able to cancel a payment prior to it being sent to the bank
- Clicking on the payment Confirmation Number will allow you to review the
details of the previous payment
+Transaction History
Dealers are now provided with search capabilities for all historical transactions.
- On the top navigation bar, select: Transaction / Transaction History
- Select a dealer location by clicking the down arrow and Choose a Location
from the list
- Next, select a date range by entering the Start and End dates using the
calendars to the left of each date
- To view All Transaction types (which includes payments, disbursements,
adjustments, principal applied, interest/charges applied, interest/charges
waived, interest/charges billed, fee applied, fee waived, fee billed, and
invoices financed and reversed) click in the check box next to All Transactions
or next to the individual transaction types as determined
- The Customer Transaction History information will populate below based
on transaction type selection
- For detailed information relating to each transaction type, click on the
Payment Number, Invoice List, or Credit Memo hyper links
+Invoice Inquiry
Access detailed invoice information, including principal due dates, payment
applications, and all interest billed by searching under invoice or serial
number.
- On the top navigation bar, select: Transactions / Invoice Inquiry
- Enter the invoice number or serial number to be searched in the data box
- Click the Submit button to view the invoice details
+Statement of Financial Transactions (SOFT)
Emailed Daily Access a PDF file of SOFT's generated simply by selecting
the appropriate date range. A summary page of items contained in the PDF
file is conveniently provided.
- On the top navigation bar, select Statements / Statement of Transactions
- Select a date range up to 5 days by entering the Start and End dates
using the calendars to the left of each date
- Click the Submit button to receive an email containing a summary invoice
listing with attached invoices
